We have stopped eating. We are hoping to kill our metabolism so that from here on out every time we eat a morsel of food our body clings to each calorie because it believes we are starving.
Actually, our two main focuses are getting more exercise (4-5 times a week) and portion control. Our diets have always been reasonably healthy but I'm upping the ante for our family these last few weeks by eating more fish, trying new healthy recipes, and eating organic whenever possible. We both want these changes to be long term so are trying to be fit, healthy, and realistic.
And, while on the subject, tomorrow is weigh in day. How is the motivation? Do we need to do something to add more incentive? I'm looking forward to seeing the results tomorrow.
