It's that time again

First of all, Lianna, I am sincerely sorry. Maybe it's because you now have a rock hard body and can crush nuts with your rear.

To the rest of you, the time is near. Tomorrow is our week two weigh in. Please email me your CUMULATIVE percentage lost, not just what percentage you lost in the last week. (See Lianna, you'll still be okay.) I will have the results posted by Tuesday morning.

Good luck to all. Go ahead, wear a garbage bag and run six miles. Nothing like a little dehydration to make those numbers look good. (That was a joke by the way.)
