  1. Way to go Julie! Truly nobody deserves it more!

I think if I had lost enough to beat you, Julie (my wife) would have thrown me out. I was a miserable wreck as it was...cranky, dehydrated, undernourished, sore/tired and whiny.

I'm happy I was able to reach my personal goal however (without shaving my head, I might add) :)

I'm pretty sure after weigh in, I gained 8 pounds over the rest of the day including large quatities of stuffed french toast from IHOP, an amazing spaghetti dinner and 2 different desserts! (Not to mention snacking throughout the rest of the day, not because I was hungry, but just because...well, I could).

  2. Thanks Jason, I had to work HARD to beat you two Jason's and I too was sooooooooooooooooooooo ready to be done! I lived off of cabbage soup last week and I know I'd completely lose my will to live if I had to sit in front of another bowl of it.

So does everybody agree the 8 week method is O.K.? I, for one, would not be able to handle a 10 week competition again.

Congratulations to you to Jason, and to everybody else!
