I was looking back on the first year we did this to compare my progress to this year. In order to beat "me" from 2009, I need to end up with 11.2% lost by week 8. Yeah. I know. I don't think I ate at all the first year.
It will be tough, but I STILL intend to beat "me." If nothing else, I will be able to say, I worked harder than I ever have.
So now you know the target goal I am shooting for, can you beat "me?" We'll find out next week!
