Also, it is appearing as though the real way to take control of your weight loss is to contract food poisoning. Let this be a lesson to the rest of you: great illness equals great weight loss. Raw meat anyone?

  1. Just so you all know, you see the results I got from eating E. Coli riddled spinach so my plan for the last week before weigh-in will be to eat rotten potato salad and rancid shell fish. Trust me, it works like a charm, my husband and I are just now getting our appetite back after nearly a week, it was fabulous (well, maybe not, it wasn't all that much fun).

  2. And I was feeling such a bond with you, hanging in the middle of the pack with our gradual Weight Watchers losses. ;)

  3. I know but don't worry; I'm sure once I can actually eat again I'll most likely gain some of the weight back so that kind of loss really is deceiving. I'm still trying to decide if it was worth it or not. But I have to tell you, I think it was preferable to that nasty "Cabbage Soup Diet" I tried for a week, I was far crankier doing that than just not being able to eat at all.

  4. Apparently pizza twice last week, ice cream with chocolate and caramel toppings EVERY night, and copious amounts of Triscuits every day is NOT on the Weight Watchers diet plan. Looked it up. Seems I was off. Might explain my drop in placement... oh well... back to my "I wish I could eat 50 points worth of food but am stuck in the low 20's eating cardboard" WW diet...
